Chiang Mai clinic offers help to severely stressed parents of special needs kids
The Mental Health Department has set up a clinic at Chiang Mai’s Rajanagarindra Institute of Child Development to provide mental-healthcare to parents who have children with special needs. The move is a response to the needs of 64 percent of parents who reportedly suffer from high stress and discouragement while raising their children.
